SimilarWeb went public six months ago and Goldberg is looking to make his customer advocacy programs more effective.

Goldberg said he is trying to develop a rhythm for how and when to share information on social media and what platforms will work best. They are also considering which tasks they can automate in that effort and which ones need to be done manually.

Kirsten Chiala, Head of social media and newsroom, Hitachi Vantara

Chiala works closely with her customer advocacy team. Her main interest is in being able to tell share customer stories when those potential advocates do not want their names referenced.
