Ajit Melarkode is an experienced pathfinder in the world of technology, having helmed businesses seeking hyper-growth and competitive advantage in five different areas, from ITO and Applications maintenance to Cloud and SaaS, building businesses, teams and leaders. Ajit has led sales across EMEA and Asia Pacific and having served clients in 25+ countries, is particularly proud of the diverse, multi-award winning teams he has built around the world and of those whom he has coached who have grown into CXO and other leadership positions. He was part of creating growth in two dotcoms and in a declining industry at a BPO JV amongst 3 retail banks, at opposite ends of the business challenge spectrum and relishes delivering successfully against demanding challenges with his teams.
Prior to his career in industry, with big logos such as EDS, Unisys, Dell Technologies and Rackspace, he headed an equities research desk in stock broking and regional operations for a $ 4B long only equities fund, whilst on the Asia ex-Japan asset allocation committee, also focused on the technology sector.
