Observability’s goal is to free up ops team’s time to architect, build, and develop for increased orchestration, automation, uptime, and performance.
Observability for networking in the cloud looks at different telemetry and with a cloud networking spin, but is based on the same principles — answering the questions you need to run the cloud and network infrastructure that drives the digital world.
Network observability is the ability to answer any question about your network in and across public clouds, including hybrid clouds:
This is where we’re all trying to go; how are we getting there? In this session, we discussed what companies are doing to create network observability in both public and Hybrid cloud environments built on AWS, Azure or GCP. What has worked for you? What has failed miserably? We’re looking to learn from each other in this conversational roundtable session.

Harris said they are at the back end for their cloud transformation, but still working to get the last parts of their systems moved and keeping the experience consistent between cloud and on prem. What they learned was that the maturity of some of their on-premise systems was lost when it migrated to the cloud and they ended up having to continually adjust to build up that same level of reliability.
Kong Seow said they are in the midst of a similar journey moving the last of their workloads to the cloud and trying to measure the performance of those applications and understanding what will change as the last of the on prem assets move.
Most of their front-end applications are on the cloud, including the AI for their call center that they developed with Google.

I think it’s really a must-attend event for CX professionals. I’ve gone to other events in the past and this surpasses all of them.
A lot of other conferences I’ve gone to are driven off a podium, someone presenting me a solution before they understand my problem. Here I have an opportunity to talk to my peers and learn from them.
I’m not part of some enormous crowd out there. I’m getting lot of interaction, hearing from people, their own personal stories. Individual examples of how people are leveraging their CX skills in their industry, in their business, in the work that they do everyday.
Very intimate, Very one-on-one! You are able to really get a lot of candid responses, so we’re getting a ton of value from that and a lot of valuable insights.
