Is Your KYC Process Driving Consumers to the Competition?
Networking & Dinner at Mourad, San Francisco

6 PM - 8:30 PM PT

Here’s what we’ll discuss:

Improving the digital account opening experience is mandatory for any financial institution wanting to support a strong customer acquisition strategy.

Since 2019, there have been more checking accounts opened through digital channels than in person. Unfortunately, traditional KYC tools haven’t kept up with this move to digital. They aren’t designed to help with digital identity verification, making it challenging to recognize and combat stolen ID / synthetic ID fraud.

Additionally, these KYC tools don’t work well for unbanked or under-banked applicants, resulting in a time consuming, complicated, high-friction process for the applicant to prove their identity.
