As organisations move forward in the age of remote and hybrid working, many have adopted technology and collaboration tools to accelerate their digital transformations. The rate of adoption is high, but the rate of success in effectively and efficiently managing work processes during this transition is another matter. 84% of Indonesian employees based on a recent survey by Cisco said they will prefer hybrid work.
With this wave of digital transformation comes new best practices for utilising technology to its maximum potential. Work management is changing, and its ongoing shift can significantly impact an organisation’s engagement, collaboration, and productivity. 54% of leaders are currently redesigning workspace and working methodologies for hybrid work, or plan to in the year ahead.
