Here’s what we discussed:
The key pillar of an effective enterprise risk management program is a Risk Appetite Statement, which sets your decision-making framework. How are you measuring its ongoing effectiveness?
Participants joined ERM thought leader David Tattam for a networking and roundtable discussion on how financial services organizations like yours operationalize risk appetite by connecting it to Key Risk Indicators and applying both as a springboard to create opportunity.
Over an amazing dinner, we shared best practices from risk and compliance leaders on:
- How risk appetite is used to inform decision-making and risk-taking.
- How organizations achieve growth targets while building and demonstrating effective risk and compliance management.
- How third-party vendor relationships require appetite statements to ensure your resilience.
