Here’s what we discussed:

As more patients elect hybrid care models, there is more urgency to capture patient responsibility for both in-person and virtual visits.

Patient payments that are not integrated and automated can confuse patients and create needless manual work for staff. They are also likely to result in uncollected payments or significant delays in A/R.
In this session, we discussed ways healthcare providers and billing agencies are responding to patient preferences for an easy digital check-in and payment experience. What approaches are working well, and what are the key lessons learned from organizations who have gone down this path?
