WHAT WE DISCUSSED
As the automotive industry transitions from software-defined vehicles (SDVs) to AI-defined vehicles, manufacturers and technology partners are entering a new phase of transformation where intelligence, adaptability, and continuous improvement are built directly into the vehicle platform. AI is no longer limited to isolated features—it is becoming the core enabler of how vehicles are designed, developed, and experienced.
This discussion explored how organizations can leverage AI across software-defined architectures to accelerate development cycles, enhance system intelligence, and enable continuous innovation throughout the vehicle lifecycle. Leaders examined how AI can be orchestrated across multiple domains—from cockpit and ADAS to vehicle control and energy management—to create seamless, adaptive, and personalized user experiences.
At the same time, adopting AI at scale introduces new complexities across E/E architectures, data pipelines, safety frameworks, cybersecurity, and AI lifecycle governance. The conversation will address these implementation challenges while highlighting practical strategies for building AI-first SDV platforms that are both scalable and safe.
The session also focused on identifying near-term opportunities where AI can deliver tangible business value, helping organizations prioritize quick wins while laying the foundation for the next generation of intelligent, connected vehicles.
