WHAT WE DISCUSSED
Over the next three years more than 80% of organisations are looking to integrate Agentic AI into their systems. While this will provide opportunities to improve business productivity it risks compounding the problem we already see in identity security: that Non-Human Identities (NHIs) outnumber employees 80:1 and cyber teams struggle to effectively manage the risks and privileges associated with NHIs.
Yet Agentic AI has the possibility of supporting over-stretched cyber defenders to better understand their security posture and provide actionable security intelligence. For cyber leaders whose teams take advantage of Agentic AI in this way they can strengthen their cyber defences and reduce their business risks.
Participants joined this roundtable as we dug into both sides of the Agentic AI coin. We discussed the risks of the increasing use of agents within the business and the potential for an explosion in the threat surface while showing how cybersecurity teams can adopt Agentic AI to make them more effective in their work in defending their organisation from attackers.
