Automating Corporate Expense Management

A Virtual Chocolate Tasting Session

June 13th, 2024, 4:00 – 5:30 PM CT

Presented by

Brex

Here’s what we’ll discuss:

The complexities of managing company expenses on a large scale pose challenges for most businesses. Legacy corporate cards and expense software with limited automation and visibility create inefficiency and waste.

AI-powered automation is now enabling a modern corporate card solution with built-in controls that make global spend management much faster and more efficient.

Upgrades like automated employee compliance, proactive controls, and real-time tracking make it easy to spend confidently and efficiently at scale.

Join Brex and a select group of like-minded executives to discuss today’s pressing expense management challenges and how modern corporate card solutions are helping finance leaders manage spend, improve operations, and transform their businesses. We’ll discuss the following topics after our chocolate-tasting presentation:

  1. Ensuring transaction security
  2. Implementing control measures at any level
  3. Automating compliance tasks
  4. Real-time budgets and expense tracking
  5. Streamlining employee reimbursements
