Human capital management tools are easier to obtain today than ever before. Advancements in HR technology combined with a rapidly maturing market means that HCM platforms and tools have become ever more widely available, cost-effective, and easy to implement; users can enjoy an increasingly large range of functionalities, many of which are customizable to any need a HR practitioner may have.
This dinner session brought together experienced people leaders from a range of industries to discuss what makes HCM technology genuinely effective.
