I had the opportunity to get together with fellow marketing leaders in Singapore for a roundtable discussion of ‘what’s next’ for event marketing. As buyers’ journeys are constantly evolving, it is important for us to innovate how we run events. It was a great discussion.
EVERGREEN MARKETING EVENTS:
A NEW WAY TO EXTEND ENGAGEMENT
Networking Dinner at The Capital Grille, New York
February 15th, 2023, 6:30 – 9:00 PM ET,
Events are fantastic for meeting and engaging your target contacts, but most events are essentially a one-and-done experience. How can you extend that engagement (and all your hard work) beyond the live date? Hint: it’s more than recording and hosting it online for replays.
This roundtable session dove into the specific approaches B2B tech marketers can take to foster intelligence gathering and effectively create ‘evergreen’ marketing events that have long-term effects on pipeline, content and positioning. We shared our own strategies for this, as well as asked questions and learnt from other senior marketing professionals.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
It was great! I got to meet with other marketers facing similar challenges to my own, and the intimate dinner was the perfect environment during which to explore new possibilities to tackle those issues.
It was really engaging, talking to our peers from different industries. We were discussing ideas. It was not just one big PowerPoint presentation. It was very effective. I guess I’m taking back a lot of notes with me.
