ABOUT THIS EVENT

As retail agents increasingly price, recommend, personalize, and act on the shopper’s behalf, two shifts are happening at once. Accountability is moving upstream and when something goes wrong, it’s the C-suite and the board who answer for it, not the algorithm. And the organization itself is being rewritten around what agents can now do, forcing every function to decide what it owns, what it supervises, and what it lets go of.

This closed-door dinner brings together a small group of retail executives to talk through both sides of that shift candidly: how trust becomes a durable brand asset in an agent-mediated relationship with the consumer, and how the operating model has to be rebuilt to match. This isn’t a session about whether to adopt agentic AI. It’s about who leads the redesign, who gets redesigned around it, and how resilience gets built into a business that increasingly runs itself.

Why attend:

  • Peer-level conversation. A small, curated group of retail leaders for candid exchange among people carrying the same decisions.

  • Two themes, one conversation. Trust and accountability on one side, operating model and org design on the other; explored together rather than in silos.

  • Actionable framing. Leave with a sharper view of where your organization draws the line between agent-run and human-reviewed, and how peers are building resilience into agent-led decisions.

What we’ll discuss:

  • How is trust becoming a measurable, defensible line item in retail strategy — not just a value statement?

  • Where is the line between personalization that builds loyalty and personalization that erodes it?

  • Which decisions should agents own outright, and which stay under human review — and who draws that line?

  • As agents take on more cognitive workload, how does the org chart change over the next five years?

This is a closed-door, invitation-only dinner — not a conference session. Request your seat below.
