ABOUT THIS EVENT

Organisations are putting AI to work across customer service, fraud and threat detection, operations, software development, analytics and everyday productivity. Each new tool, model and AI agent creates new paths to sensitive data and new actions taken on the business’s behalf. Security leaders now need to know which AI systems are in use, what they can access, how they behave, and when human or agent activity drifts from its intended purpose.

Static governance struggles to keep up. By the time an AI policy is drafted, reviewed and approved, the tools, agent behaviours and data flows it covers have often changed, leaving a gap between written controls and what actually happens. This gap is widest in regulated sectors such as financial services, insurance, healthcare and critical infrastructure, where you must also show regulators and auditors that AI use stays within policy.

This dinner brings EMEA security and technology leaders together to compare how they find and manage unapproved AI use, protect sensitive data in AI workflows, monitor AI agent behaviour, and turn AI policy into controls that operate continuously. The discussion also covers how Darktrace / SECURE AI and AWS support visibility and control over AI usage without slowing adoption.

Discussion questions:

  • How do you find out which AI tools and agents your people use, including AI features inside existing software?

  • What sensitive data can your AI systems reach, and how do you control it?

  • How do you tell when an AI agent or a user acting through AI moves outside expected behaviour?

  • How do you keep AI policy current when tools and agent capabilities change every few months?

  • What evidence do you give regulators, auditors and your board that AI use stays within policy?
