ABOUT THIS EVENT

Engineering organizations are under constant pressure to deliver increasingly complex capital projects on time, within budget, and with uncompromising quality. Yet many projects still rely on reactive interventions to resolve issues after they have already impacted schedules, costs, or execution. The opportunity today lies in shifting from reactive project recovery to proactive delivery control by managing the engineering lifecycle as a connected, data-driven ecosystem.

This closed-door dinner brings together senior engineering and procurement leaders from EPC contractors delivering the region’s concurrent capital programs, for an off-the-record conversation to explore how leading engineering organizations are integrating every stage of the engineering lifecycle, from design and decision-making to procurement, vendor collaboration, and project execution, to improve visibility, reduce rework, and accelerate delivery. We’ll discuss how connected project data, standardized engineering practices, modularization, intelligent quality management, and value engineering are creating greater predictability across complex projects.

The conversation will also examine where AI is delivering measurable value today, from document reviews and design validation to early risk identification, once foundational engineering processes have been standardized. Finally, we’ll explore how organizations are building scalable engineering delivery models through flexible engineering centers, SME augmentation, and knowledge reuse across projects to improve resilience while addressing growing talent constraints.

This will be an interactive, peer-led discussion focused on practical strategies, lessons learned, and the capabilities engineering leaders are prioritizing to consistently deliver successful project outcomes.
