I think it’s really a must-attend event for CX professionals. I’ve gone to other events in the past and this surpasses all of them.

As a driving force in sustainability, financial services institutions, especially banks are uniquely positioned to help steer the transition to a greener economy. The banking sector has reached a green inflection point as stakeholders demand concrete actions in dealing with the climate crisis.
In this Session, we discussed how financial services institutions can meet the challenges and opportunities to shift to a more sustainable business model that offers positive returns for the stakeholders and society.
• Kalpana joined the session to learn from others about how the feeds of finance, insurance, and exchange companies interconnect.
• The convergence of relevant data will be a big enabler to ESG data as a whole. It will depend on KPIs and metrics.
• On the social side, financiers are focusing on inclusion.
• There are a ton of challenges. Asia, in particular, has a huge transition.
• There is a reputation risk. Companies can put together credible transition plans, but they also need to be include defensible positions. All ducks must be in a row.
• Ideas of tracking performance are not that easy, even internally. The data we get from our clients becomes difficult to track at scale. They don’t have the bandwidth to manage that. There are still human beings going through documents.

I think it’s really a must-attend event for CX professionals. I’ve gone to other events in the past and this surpasses all of them.
A lot of other conferences I’ve gone to are driven off a podium, someone presenting me a solution before they understand my problem. Here I have an opportunity to talk to my peers and learn from them.
I’m not part of some enormous crowd out there. I’m getting lot of interaction, hearing from people, their own personal stories. Individual examples of how people are leveraging their CX skills in their industry, in their business, in the work that they do everyday.
Very intimate, Very one-on-one! You are able to really get a lot of candid responses, so we’re getting a ton of value from that and a lot of valuable insights.
