This private, peer-led dinner and roundtable brings together HR executives from large enterprises across Europe to share knowledge and exchange expertise. The roundtable is conducted under the Chatham House Rule: nothing will be shared externally or recorded.
What we will discuss?
For months, we have been speaking with CHROs across Europe about the EU Pay Transparency Directive (EUPTD), and a clear pattern has emerged. With the June 2026 deadline approaching and Right to Information (RTI) requests on the horizon, many organizations are focused on preparing for compliance under increasing time pressure.
In response, companies are conducting pay equity analyses, identifying and remediating gaps, allocating significant budgets to corrective actions, and preparing documentation to address anticipated RTI requests. Many are working diligently to “get the house in order” before employees begin raising questions.
Yet CHROs consistently describe this approach as reactive firefighting: a cycle of nonstop remediation. One issue is resolved, only for another deadline or regulatory development to arise.
This discussion will explore an alternative: a more sustainable, systemic approach to pay equity and compliance. While it is not possible to audit one’s way to sustained compliance, it is possible to fix the root cause problem: how you make pay decisions.
While no CHRO can be present in every conversation, AI can. AI is becoming the intelligent layer inside organizations, capable of reasoning, recommending, predicting and guiding decisions – before they create budget, talent, or compliance risk.
